The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and the staff showed friendliness that made the stay more enjoyable. However, the absence of basic amenities like a coffee maker was disappointing.

this place was sort of nice, but not so much. I found a bed bug in my room, and let's not forget the rude staff who insulted me because of my credit card situation, absolutely unexceptable. Honestly, I was expecting a room upgrade or at least an apology for these inconveniences, but clearly that was too much to ask for.

The indoor pool was exciting for the kids.

I was appalled by the terrible conditions in my room. The hot water was barely lukewarm, and the sink had such poor water pressure that I couldn't even shave properly.

the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive! the indoor pool was a great addition for the kids! they worked hard to correct any issues we had during our stay. overall, a nice atmosphere and a good choice near plenty of restaurants and shopping.

Just a good pick for a short-term stay in Oklahoma City with value for money. The front desk staff were nice when we arrived and helped us get settled quickly. Bring your own ice bucket to fill up though, as they don’t provide them in the rooms.

I appreciated the spacious and quiet room, which allowed for a restful stay. The bathroom was large, and having real eggs and biscuits for breakfast was a delightful surprise, making me feel taken care of during my visit.

I had a lovely stay in the King Suite, where the spacious room came fully equipped with everything we needed, like a refrigerator and microwave. The heated indoor pool was a major highlight for the family, providing a great place to relax. The breakfast options were plentiful, keeping us fueled for the day ahead. However, the check-in process could use some improvement as it felt a bit disorganized.
